A clean greenfield setup on a single network takes 2–3 weeks including QA. An audit + remediation on a live offer is usually 3–6 weeks depending on stack complexity.
Do you only work with one network at a time?
No. Most engagements involve 2–4 networks running in parallel (e.g. Everflow for affiliate, Meta CAPI for paid social, plus a CRM-side dedupe). I configure each and the dedupe rules between them.
Can you train my team to maintain the setup?
Yes — and that is the goal of every engagement. You get an SOP document, a tracking spec for partner onboarding, and a 1-hour handoff session so your in-house team owns the system after I leave.
